Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as promptly as possible.


Non-Refundable Products

Due to the nature and regulatory requirements of our product line, many items are designated as non-refundable. This means that, except in the case of confirmed errors in shipment or products that arrive damaged/defective, all sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the refund-ability of a specific product, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include but are not limited to:

Cpap equipment (Cpap mask, Cpap hoses, Cpap machines, mouth cushions)

Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (breathing medical products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item. Note that exchanges are subject to our standard product evaluation and non-refundable policies.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the sections above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. If the product is returned and not received in the proper conditions as expected, the customer will be refunded.


Refunds

For items that qualify for a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
